The wine we produce at Château Petit Faurie de Soutard is crafted with care and precision by our team. Every time we take a decision, we respect and highlight:

During the harvest, after removing the biggest plants and the stalks, grapes are sorted by density before being put by gravity into vats. After a traditional vinification into stainless steel tanks, wine is transferred into French oak barrels for a 14 to 18 months ageing. To respect the fruitiness, we keep a good balance between new and one wine oak barrels.
All the batches are blended at an early stage, before the ageing.
